Yes, we will update tracking numbers as soon as the order has shipped.

If a mistake was made, we will replace the item at no charge. Cancellations made before shipment will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after shipment and returns will incur a fee that is 20% of your total order amount.

We do not do repairs. We cover material failures if the tube rips open, collapses (kinks), or experiences a weld failure. This excludes replacement parts, powder coat, and hardware.
